Shipping & Returns Policy
Jozuri, LLC (“Jozuri”, “we”, “us” or “our”) will arrange for shipment of Your product to You. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges, as set forth in this Shipping & Returns Policy. Please allow 3 – 5 business days for delivery. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Jozuri is not responsible for any delay in shipments. Title and risk of loss passes to You upon our transfer of Your product to the shipping carrier.
Returns
Except for any product designated on our website as non-returnable, Jozuri will accept a return of Your product for a refund of Your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, as long as the return is made within 30 days of delivery and as long as the product is returned in its original, unused and unopened condition. All returns also are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
To return a product, You must email our Returns Department at returns@jozuri.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number before shipping Your product. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. To complete Your return, Jozuri also requires a receipt or proof of purchase.
You are responsible for all shipping charges on returned products. You bear the risk of loss during shipment and we cannot guarantee that we will receive Your returned product. We strongly recommend that You fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that You use a trackable carrier or shipping service that can provide You with proof of delivery for your protection.
Once Your return is received and inspected, Jozuri will notify You via email that we have received Your returned Product and whether Your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, Your refund will be processed; and a credit automatically will be applied to Your credit card or original method of payment. You should receive any refund within 10 business days.
If for any reason You do not receive Your refund within this time period, please first check Your bank account again. Then contact Your credit card company, as it may take some time before Your refund is officially posted. Next, contact Your bank. There may be some additional processing time before a refund is posted. If, after all these steps, You still have not received Your refund yet, please contact Jozuri at returns@jozuri.com and we will do everything that we can to resolve the issue immediately.
